Through arduous effort for over 10 years, Dafeng has grown up as a professional microcomputer controller manufacturer. We have 700staff, 3 subsidiaries and our business scale value exceeds RMB 300 million. We manufacture 10 million sets of products annual year and form our own specific industrial pattern, including electronics (main point), electronic power meters, connectors and purification technology of automobile. Since 1997, the annual turnover of Dafeng accelerates with the speed of 30%.
We have advanced testing facilities, including 9 sets of Panasonic automatic inserting system, 12 sets of Yamaha automatic SMT systems, 1 set of ROHS testing equipment, 8 sets of Wave soldering machine, 4 sets of circumfluence soldering systems , 10 sets of in-circuit tester, 1 set of AOI automatic optical tester, etc. Besides the facilities mentioned above, we have scientific detecting process and strict quality control system which help us to execute our modern manufacturing process smoothly.
